Working Principle Description
Zeolite molecular sieve is a spherical granular adsorbent with micropores on the surface and inside, which is white. Its pore characteristics enable it to realize the kinetic separation of oxygen and nitrogen. The separation effect of zeolite molecular sieve on oxygen and nitrogen is based on the small difference in the kinetic diameter of the two gases. Nitrogen molecules have a faster diffusion rate in the micropores of zeolite molecular sieve, while oxygen molecules have a slower diffusion rate. The diffusion of water and carbon dioxide in compressed air is similar to that of nitrogen. Finally, oxygen molecules are enriched from the adsorption tower. Pressure swing adsorption oxygen production is to make use of the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, adopt the cycle of pressurized adsorption and decompression desorption, and make the compressed air enter the adsorption tower alternately to realize air separation, so as to continuously produce high degree of product oxygen.
