Working Principle Description
To produce oxygen from air under certain pressure, it needs clean compressed air and zeolite molecular sieve. The air is the raw material and the sieve is to absorb nitrogen so that to separate oxygen and nitrogen. By controlling the pressure to absorb and desorb nitrogen and oxygen to achieve the regeneration. In this process, nitrogen is absorbed faster than oxygen and PLC program controller is used to control the opening and closing of pneumatic valve to make the two towers circulate alternately, so as to obtain higher purity oxygen (93%±3).
