Working Principle Description:

The working principle of a widely used VPSA (Variable Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generator is as follows:

 

Air Compression: Ambient air is drawn into the oxygen generator and compressed using a compressor. The compressed air is typically pressurized to a range of 3 to 10 atmospheres.

 

Pretreatment: The compressed air undergoes pretreatment to remove impurities such as moisture, dust, and oil. This step ensures the air is clean and suitable for subsequent processes.
