Working Principle Description
Taking clean compressed air as raw material and using high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent to produce oxygen from air under standard condition. When the compressed air was purified and dried , and then carried out in by adsorption and desorption.it is known that the diffusion rate of nitrogen in zeolite molecular sieve is much faster than oxygen. Oxygen will be enriched in the tank and nitrogen is adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve preferentially. By controlling pressure, the nitrogen will be released. Generally, there are two adsorption towers in the system, one is for adsorption and oxygen generation, the other one is for desorption and regeneration. PLC program controller is used to control the opening and closing of pneumatic valve to make the two towers circulate alternately, so as to obtain higher purity oxygen (93%±3).
