Working Principle Description:

PSA separation N2 and O2 are the oil removed by the compressed air after initial separation and adsorption, and then enter the adsorption separation bed after water. The adsorption rate and adsorption capacity of N2 and O2 are different by ZMS, so as to release oxygen by adsorption nitrogen. The electromagnetic valve is controlled by program, and the nitrogen in the adsorption phase is blown away by reverse blowing, so that oxygen production is completed by circulation.

 

Product Advantages:

● The oxygen generator can achieve a high degree of automation. The adsorption process is controlled by PLC and the manager is on duty for remote operation;

● One system consists of air compression system, compressed air pretreatment system and adsorption separation system. The construction cost is relatively low. The maintenance cost is also low;

● The equipment is boxed, and only the gas source, power supply and water source need to be connected when the equipment is installed on site;

● The new pneumatic stop valve has the advantages of fast opening and closing speed, no leakage, long service life and high reliability;

● The automatic charging technology of atmospheric inlet pressure difference is adopted to reduce the air supply volume of blower, prolong the service life of equipment and reduce the oxygen manufacturing cost.
