Working Principle Description
The compressed air purified by the purification dryer enters the bottom of the adsorption tower, and the tower is filled with zeolite molecular sieve which has strong adsorption capacity for nitrogen under certain pressure. When the air passes through the zeolite molecular sieve adsorption bed, nitrogen is adsorbed, while oxygen is enriched at the top of the tower and is output as product.
· PSA process is a simple method of oxygen production, which uses air as raw material and consumes only the electric energy consumed by air compressor;
· It has the advantages of low operation cost, low energy consumption and high efficiency;
· The process flow of the device is simple, the structure is compact, and the operation cost of the equipment is low;
· Equipped with oxygen meter, pressure gauge and flow meter, the purity, pressure and gas volume of oxygen can be adjusted according to the needs. When the purity of oxygen exceeds the specified lower limit, it can alarm automatically;
· It adopts Siemens PLC automatic control system, which can realize unattended.
