Working Principle Description
It needs two important elements to produce oxygen, including raw material and zeolite sieve. Raw material is air to save capital and molecular sieve is to separate gas. After purifying and drying the compressed air, the nitrogen will be carried out in the adsorber by pressuring adsorption and decompression desorption. Also, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in zeolite molecular sieve is much higher than oxygen. With controlling the pressure, the nitrogen is released and oxygen is gathered in the tank. PLC program controller is used to control the opening and closing of pneumatic valve to make the two towers circulate alternately, so as to obtain higher purity oxygen (93%±3).
