Working Principle Description
Nitrogen and oxygen in the air can be selectively adsorbed on zeolites (ZMS) due to the difference of adsorption performance due to different pressures. Nitrogen and other impurities can be adsorbed to produce oxygen.
After oil, dust and most of gaseous moisture are removed by compressed air with certain pressure through air pretreatment system, clean air enters adsorption tower, which is equipped with zeolites (ZMS). Most of nitrogen, carbon dioxide and residual moisture in clean air are absorbed by zeolites, while oxygen is separated.
The adsorbent for oxygen production was regenerated by atmospheric pressure desorption. Under the control of PLC system, the adsorption separation system composed of two towers can complete the continuous oxygen production through the cycle switching of process control valve
