Working Principle Description:
The nitrogen generator produced by Cherish adopts the principle of pressure swing adsorption. The molecular sieve nitrogen generator takes clean compressed air as raw material and carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent. It is a device that uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption to obtain nitrogen at room temperature. Molecular sieve nitrogen generator generally uses PSA carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent. The adsorption speed of carbon molecular sieve to oxygen and nitrogen varies greatly.
Under the condition of pressurization in a short time, the adsorption speed of oxygen greatly exceeds that of nitrogen. Oxygen molecules are largely adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, while nitrogen molecules are rarely adsorbed. This characteristic is used to complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen. The adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen decreases with the decrease of pressure.
When the pressure is reduced, the adsorbed oxygen molecules escape from the carbon molecular sieve, enter the muffler through the lower part of the tower and discharge the atmosphere, which can be desorbed to complete the regeneration of carbon molecular sieve. In addition, carbon molecular sieves also have adsorption capacity for carbon dioxide and water, and are easy to desorb under reduced pressure. Generally, PSA nitrogen generator adopts double adsorption in parallel to alternately produce nitrogen by adsorption, desorption and regeneration, so as to realize the separation of oxygen and nitrogen and continuous gas supply.

According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, the nitrogen generator uses high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent to extract nitrogen from the air under a certain pressure. The purified and dried compressed air is adsorbed under pressure and desorbed under reduced pressure in the adsorber. Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen.
