Working Principle Description:
The compressed air enters the activated carbon filter through the air storage buffer tank to remove oil and water, then passes through the dry cooling and pressure relief of the cold dryer, and then enters the two adsorption towers after T-level and A-level precision filtration. PSA nitrogen production process is to select pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at room temperature as the adsorption separation process without heat source. The adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for adsorption combination (mainly oxygen molecules) is added due to the increase of its partial pressure and reduced due to the decrease of its partial pressure.
In this way, the carbon molecular sieve is adsorbed under pressure and desorbed under reduced pressure to release the adsorbed part, so as to regenerate the carbon molecules and form a circular operation.
