Working Principle Description:
The raw air is compressed by the air compressor and then enters the later stage for air storage. Most of the oil, liquid water and dust adhere to the wall of the container and flow into the bottom of the water tank. They are regularly discharged from the sewer valve, and some enter the compressed air purification system with the air flow.
The air purification system is composed of an air conditioner and three filters and degreasers with different accuracy. The liquid water, oil and dust in the compressed air are roughly filtered through freezing dehumidification and filters to reduce the pressure dew point of the compressed air to 2 ~ 10, reduce the flow to 0.001ppm and filter the dust to 0.01M, so that it can enter the feed gas of PSA denitrifier. The purified air enters two adsorption towers respectively through two roads, and is adsorbed and desorbed alternately by automatically switching the pneumatic valve of the nitrogen machine. In this process, most of the nitrogen in the air is separated from a small amount of oxygen, and the oxygen rich air is discharged. Nitrogen is concentrated at the top of the tower, transported from the pipeline to the lower nitrogen storage tank, and enters the gas point through the flowmeter.
