Working Principle Description
Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production device is a new type of air separation equipment. It uses compressed air as raw material and carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent. It adopts pressure swing adsorption process. The adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for adsorbed components (mainly oxygen molecules) increases with the increase of its partial pressure and decreases with the decrease of its partial pressure. In this way, the carbon molecular sieve is adsorbed under pressure and desorbed under reduced pressure to release the adsorbed part, so as to regenerate the carbon molecular sieve and form a circular operation.
