Working Principle Description:
The air enters the adsorber (equipped with special molecular sieve for oxygen production) after filtration, dust removal and blower pressurization. The nitrogen in the air is adsorbed by the molecular sieve, while the oxygen is adsorbed very little, and is enriched in the gas phase. It is discharged from the tail end of the adsorber as a product, so that oxygen and nitrogen can be separated to produce rich oxygen.
After adsorbing nitrogen to a certain extent, the adsorbent needs to be desorbed and regenerated to restore its oxygen and nitrogen separation performance. The unit uses Roots vacuum pump to vacuum the adsorber for adsorbent desorption and regeneration. When the adsorbent is in the regeneration process, it cannot produce oxygen. In order to ensure continuous oxygen production, more than two adsorbers are generally set up.
When one adsorber carries out adsorption operation, the other adsorbers carry out regeneration operation. Each adsorber continuously carries out adsorption and regeneration operation, and periodically switches, so that the oxygen production equipment can produce oxygen stably and continuously.
