Working Principle Description
The working process of nitrogen making equipment (also known as nitrogen making machine and nitrogen making device) is: the air is compressed by the compressor and enters the cold dryer for freeze-drying, so as to meet the dew point requirements of the pressure swing adsorption nitrogen making system for the raw air. Then the oil and water in the feed air are removed through the filter and enter the air buffer tank to reduce pressure fluctuation. The pressure is adjusted to the rated working pressure through the pressure regulating valve and sent to two adsorbers (containing carbon molecular sieve), where the air is separated to produce nitrogen. Feed air enters one of the adsorbers to produce nitrogen; The other adsorber is desorbed and regenerated under reduced pressure. The two adsorbers work alternately to continuously supply raw air and produce nitrogen. The nitrogen is sent to the nitrogen buffer tank and the pressure is adjusted to the rated pressure through the pressure regulating valve; Then it is measured by flowmeter and analyzed and detected by nitrogen analyzer. Qualified nitrogen is standby and unqualified nitrogen is vented (when the nitrogen generator is just started).

It has the advantages of low operation cost, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
