Working Principle Description:
According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, the air compressor compresses the air to the required pressure through the compressor and enters the air storage tank, so that the change of air pressure is relatively stable and relieved into static pressure. A large amount of liquid water and oil in the compressed air are removed through the air storage tank, and then the water, oil and dust in the compressed air are removed through four-stage filtration through the cold dryer of the air treatment system, The raw air is changed into clean and stable compressed air, and then passes through PSA pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production unit to produce nitrogen with purity of more than 99.995%. Using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, under certain mechanical effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen.
When the adsorption does not reach equilibrium, nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished nitrogen. Then depressurize to atmospheric pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities to realize regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set in the system. One tower adsorbs nitrogen and the other tower desorbs and regenerates. The two towers work alternately through PLC program automatic control, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous production of high-quality nitrogen. Under pressure, the purified and dried compressed air is subjected to pressure adsorption and decompression desorption in the adsorber.
