Working Principle Description:
Low pressure adsorption vacuum desorption, the nitrogen and oxygen in the air are inhaled under low pressure, the molecular sieve is desorbed under vacuum after adsorption saturation, the nitrogen is discharged from the discharge port, and the oxygen enters the purification system, and the molecular sieve is continuously adsorbed and decompressed to produce high purity oxygen (90~95%). Compared with PSA, VPSA has lower energy consumption. The larger the oxygen generation equipment, the lower the energy consumption.
When the air passes through the adsorption bed under a certain pressure condition at normal temperature, the adsorbate (nitrogen, etc.) will be adsorbed on the adsorption bed, and the oxygen will be separated. When the adsorbate on the adsorption bed tends to a certain saturation state, the air will be cut off and the adsorption bed will be depressurized, and the adsorbate will be desorbed automatically.
When the pressure drop in the adsorption bed reaches a certain condition, the adsorbate will be desorbed, and the adsorption capacity of the adsorption bed will be restored, This process is called fresh aspiration. Such multiple beds operate in a periodic manner to continuously separate oxygen.
