Working Principle Description
The separation air of the oxygen generator is mainly composed of two adsorption towers filled with molecular sieves. Under normal temperature, the compressed air is filtered, dehydrated and dried before entering the adsorption tower. The nitrogen in the air in the adsorption tower is adsorbed by molecular sieves, so that the oxygen is enriched in the gas phase and flows out from the outlet and stored in the oxygen buffer tank, On the other hand, the molecular sieve that has been adsorbed in the other tower is rapidly depressurized, and the adsorbed components are resolved. The two towers are cycled alternately, and cheap oxygen with purity ≥ 90% can be obtained. The automatic valve switching of the whole system is automatically controlled by a computer.

· The outlet flow of oxygen making equipment is large and the outlet pressure can be adjusted within the set range;
· The continuously optimized process design, combined with the selection of new molecular sieves, reduces energy consumption and capital investment as much as possible;
· The service life of adsorbent is long, the service life of adsorbent is semi permanent, only a small amount of supplement is needed every year, and the adsorbent is generally used for more than ten years under normal operation;
