Working Principle Description:
According to the principle of PSA, high quality zeolite molecular sieve was used as adsorbent. At a certain pressure, due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in zeolite micropores is much higher than that of oxygen. When the adsorption does not reach equilibrium, nitrogen is adsorbed by zeolite, and oxygen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
As the adsorption capacity of zeolite for nitrogen varies with the pressure, the nitrogen molecules adsorbed by zeolite can be desorbed by reducing the pressure, so that zeolite can be regenerated and reused. Two adsorption tower processes are adopted, one is adsorption to produce oxygen, the other is desorption to regenerate. PLC intelligent program controller is used to control the opening and closing of pneumatic angle seat valve, so that the two towers can cycle alternately and continuously produce high-quality oxygen.
