Working Principle Description
(1) Air intake: the air compressor presses the air with a certain pressure into the transmission pipeline, and then removes the water, oil, dust and other impurities through the compressed air purification system to the air buffer tank, which is then transported to the two adsorption towers through the air buffer tank.
(2) Adsorption: when air enters the adsorption tower, oxygen and carbon dioxide are rapidly adsorbed under pressure. Enriched nitrogen is formed near the gas outlet of the tower.
(3) Gas outlet: when the adsorption process reaches the best time (the adsorption ratio of nitrogen to oxygen is the minimum), open the gas outlet valve and output the finished nitrogen to the nitrogen buffer tank.
(4) Pressure equalizing: after the exhaust process is completed, there is still nitrogen mixture with certain pressure and purity in the tower. If it is discharged, it is a pity, so it will be directly discharged into another adsorption tower for re adsorption together with the next air. This process is called pressure equalizing because it ends when the pressure of the two towers is equal.
(5) Exhaust: after the pressure equalization is completed, the gas adsorbed by molecular sieve in the tower needs to be released to prepare for the next adsorption. The program automatically opens the exhaust valve to make the pressure in the tower return to the initial state, and all the gas adsorbed by molecular sieve (oxygen, carbon dioxide) are discharged, so that the molecular sieve has the ability to absorb new air again.
