Working Principle Description:

The main components of oxygen production system include air compressor, cooler, buffer tank, switching valve, oxygen balance tank and adsorber with core function. After the dust particles are removed by the suction inlet filter and pressurized, the material enters the adsorber with adsorbent, and the water, carbon dioxide and a small amount of other gas components are adsorbed by the activated alumina at the bottom at the inlet of the adsorber, and then the nitrogen is adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve filled on the upper part of the activated alumina. The oxygen is a non adsorbed component, which is discharged to the oxygen balance tank as product gas from the top outlet of the adsorber. When the adsorber adsorbs to a certain extent, the adsorbent will reach the saturated state.

 

At this moment, it will be vented through the switching valve, and the adsorbed water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and a small amount of other gas components will be discharged to the atmosphere, and the adsorbent will be regenerated. Oxygen production system is the process of continuous adsorption, desorption and stamping. These operations are automatically controlled by programmable logic controller and switching valve system.
