Working Principle Description
According to PSA PSA principle, the equipment uses air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, and makes use of different diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen molecular sieves in compressed air to achieve the purpose of air separation. The separation air of the oxygen generator is mainly composed of two adsorption towers filled with molecular sieves. Under normal temperature, the compressed air enters the adsorption tower after filtration, water removal, oil removal and drying. In the adsorption tower, nitrogen in the air is absorbed by molecular sieves, so that oxygen is enriched in the gas phase. The molecular sieve which has been adsorbed in the other tower is rapidly depressurized and the adsorbed components are desorbed. In this way, the two towers can be cycled alternately to obtain cheap oxygen with purity ≥ 90%. The whole system is controlled by a computer. The whole machine is equipped with oxygen meter and flowmeter to detect oxygen purity and flow on line.
· Working under normal temperature and low pressure, the regeneration process does not need heating and there is no danger;
· Product purity and output are easy to adjust and have strong adaptability. Oxygen purity (21% ~ 93%) and flow can be controlled and adjusted, which greatly saves energy when oxygen purity is reduced;
· International famous brand PLC controller and pneumatic valve are selected to realize automatic switching and more stable operation;
· The start-up speed is fast, and qualified oxygen can be provided in 15 ~ 30 minutes;The equipment runs automatically and no workers are needed in the whole production process;
· The compressed air is equipped with air purification and drying treatment device. The clean and dry air is conducive to the long service life of molecular sieve.
