Working Principle Description
Under a certain pressure, the diffusion rate of nitrogen and oxygen in zeolite molecular sieve is quite different. In a short period of time, nitrogen molecules are adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieves, and oxygen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
The nitrogen adsorption capacity of zeolite molecular sieve is obviously different with the pressure. Reducing the pressure can desorb the nitrogen molecule adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve, so that the zeolite molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused.
The process of two adsorption towers is adopted. One tower produces oxygen by adsorption, the other by desorption and regeneration, and circulates alternately to continuously produce high-quality oxygen.
